Any estimate we provide through the Site, by phone, by email, or by text message is an initial, good-faith quote based on the information you have shared. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and any additional services requested. Final pricing and scope are confirmed before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or decline any job at our discretion, for any lawful reason, including job safety, site conditions, or scheduling constraints.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed in our estimate or invoice. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and/or be referred to collections after reasonable notice.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other customers.
Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists offers a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with customers who request estimates or services. By providing your mobile phone number to us — through the Site, a form, a phone call, or in person — you agree to the following terms.
By submitting your mobile number through our contact form or otherwise providing it to us, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include: appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way and arrival notifications, follow-up questions about your job, quotes, invoices, and — if you opt in — occasional promotional offers or requests for reviews.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. In most cases, you will receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages. You are solely responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
You may cancel your participation in our text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY US, OUR SERVICES AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists' total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any service we provide is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
