Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Davis Bros, LLC, doing business as Davis Bros Home Care Specialists (also known as Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists) ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information when you visit davisbroshcs.com (the "Site") or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.
This policy describes how we handle your information. SMS consent is a separate, optional choice, as explained below.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us through the Site, we may collect:
- Your full name
- Your mobile and/or landline phone number
- Your email address
- Your service address or ZIP code
- Information about the service you are requesting
- How you heard about us
- Any additional details you choose to share in a message to us
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Your device type, browser type, and operating system
- Your IP address
- The pages you visit on the Site and the time spent on each
- The referring URL or source that sent you to the Site
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your estimate requests, service inquiries, and questions
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on services you have requested
- Send transactional text messages (SMS) such as appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notifications, and completion receipts — only when you have opted in
- Send marketing text messages only to customers who separately opt in to marketing
- Send invoices and process payments
- Improve the quality of our services and the Site
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Disclosures
Program. The Davis Bros Home Care Specialists SMS program provides service messages and optional marketing messages.
How You Opt In
You opt in to automated text messages from Davis Bros Home Care Specialists by entering your mobile number on our website contact form and actively checking the applicable SMS consent box. The form has two separate, optional checkboxes: one for non-marketing service messages and one for marketing messages. Neither is preselected. Providing a phone number, submitting the form, accepting these terms, or purchasing a service does not by itself authorize SMS messages. You can submit the form without a phone number and without checking either SMS box. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Types
- Service messages: estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, invoices, and customer support.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and seasonal cleaning promotions. Marketing requires its own separate consent.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and the messaging categories you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from you, depending on your carrier plan.
Opt-Out, Rejoining, and Help
Reply STOP to a message from us to opt out. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and no further program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the website opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@davisbroshcs.com or call (916) 313-8833. You may also contact us to request removal.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS participation is limited to U.S. recipients age 18 or older who are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.
4. How We Share Your Information
Mobile information and SMS consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use messaging providers and aggregators to process and deliver messages on our behalf. Access needed to operate that service does not authorize those providers to use your number or consent for their own marketing. The other sharing categories below exclude SMS opt-in data and consent.
We may share other information you provide to us in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We work with trusted third parties that help us run our business — for example, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, scheduling software, email and SMS delivery providers, payment processors, and hosting provider. These vendors only receive the information necessary to perform their services and are contractually required to protect it and use it only on our behalf.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our customers or others.
- Business transfers. If Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (for example, by email or by a notice on the Site) of any such change in ownership or control.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at homeowners and are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites we do not operate (for example, our Facebook page or our Angi profile). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site or contact you directly when required by law.
